Just got a new job at a small company in California. I love working here, i get alot of freedom and they are teaching me an absolute ton. The only thing that really rubbed me the wrong way was the “late clock in” policy. For every 5 minutes an employee is late, the company decreases 15 minutes of time from their pay. Is this legal and if not does anybody know a similar case?
