New job started in November but I’m not liking it anymore too much micro management not enough help

Managers and supervisors keep ignoring the fact that we are understaffed and just keep pushing Im burned out kinda want to quit already and just look for another job, between me and another guy we take care of 32 buildings seems like a lot to me first time working for a place that gives you that many buildings. Every other job I had it was way way less and we still had plenty of work but over here we have plenty and then some more
