So I am staring a new job next week. It is in my field, they are being great about my pregnancy, and they are staring me at above the minimum pay grade for my position. Thing is, my husband was supposed to be able to transition to part time work to take care of our coming baby. My health insurance would charge just baby and me $550 ish a month. Adding my husband will be an extra $400, meaning I would pay nearly $1000 for my benefits. I am pregnant. I can’t go for the shitty health plan. He might have to continue to work full time just to cover his insurance and then where does that put us with baby? Too young for child care and we aren’t on a list to get in anywhere.
