New manager came in like a Bull in a China Shop

How to handle this? Started a new position with a client with a third party company managing aspects of the clients process. The team is new to the account (less than a month) and the manager of my third party company is already threatening write ups on minuscule things like not updating the calendar for scheduled time off months in advance, threatening to decline PTO requests that are for less than 30 days in the future, talking down to everyone about how things are unacceptable treating everyone poorly. I’m in a position where I’m not being threatened, but I can see the rest of the teams frustration and can see most of them quitting over this treatment. I tried to explain to the manager to tone it down a bit and they said “well, this is the way I manage”. Do I just deal with it? Say something? My other…
