New minimum wage job asked for 100% availability

I work within the cannabis industry. This week I interviewed at a new company and was hired on the spot. However, once I began asking questions about my schedule I quickly realized what kind of company this is. HR told me they require 100% availability 7 days a week. Your schedule rotates, so different shifts every week with “last minute changes you’re required to accommodate.” As the title says, this is a minimum wage job. I interviewed for a shift lead position and they told me that on top of “100% availability” it’s my duty to be on call on my days off and if I want one specific day off, I must request the day 1 month in advance, which they may not approve.
