Hi! I make the minimum wage in my state which is $11 at my job as a leasing consultant. The new hire will be making $12 an hour. I’m wondering if it’s because I’m part-time if that’s why I make a dollar less. Would that be a reason to make less?? I stay in Arkansas and their labor laws or pretty crappy. NEW Info: (found out during the typing of this) The old girl that quit said she’s was making $12.10 because of them raising rent. I paid MORE rent than them and make $11. What can I do y’all?
