New plan to switch employers every 3 months…

I recently switched to a job where I am drastically underutilized. I hate it and I literally wouldn’t stay if you paid me. Grant money is being misused and I can’t get behind it. My side hustles put food on the table and I intend to keep them. In 2022, I plan to work (full time) from Jan 1- April 1, April 1-July 1, July 1-Oct 1, Oct 1 – Dec 31 (for 4 different employers) because I am over people & politics, and have lost all loyalty to corporations, non profits, and government. What are the cons to quitting within weeks of onboarding at a new company 4x a year?
