New Programs, Same Pay

I am the Scheduling Analyst and Workforce Manager (two titles, two people's jobs) at my job. We recently got a new program to build out schedules and see projections, whatnot. The management has assumed I'd be happy to build this all out, report on, and present my findings about the new system. I'm a little shocked that the folks above me who get paid a generous amount (60K, 90K and 125K)haven't spearheaded the project and presented to ME how THEY want things. This company has really shown me that they do not inspire and lead, they delegate and pressure you. They just expect you to pick up new projects with no pay increase. I expect people who get paid way more than me to do the grunt work but who am I kidding??? Of course they're going to schlep off the work. That's what middle management does.
