New serving job forgot to give me study materials on Day One of five-day training (min wage/no tips). Manager gave me materials at the end of Day 4. Now I’m behind, and they want me to do a 6th day of training. Should I request tips?

Typically, during training, you don't get tips. In this case, for the last two days of the five-day training process, I'm “leading,” which means I'm basically serving the tables myself, with the veteran server shadowing me — and then collecting the tips. Should I ask for a percentage of that sixth day's tips? Should I ask to be made a full server and then, while collecting tips and entering orders on the computer, we just call it “Day Six,” maybe with a smaller section?
