Hey all,
Feeling a shift with more people wanting to leave nonprofit work (and feeling that pull myself) I just started a new subreddit called r/NonprofitExit. Please join if you are currently looking to leave the nonprofit industry or have successfully done it! I imagine that it will be a sub made up up very tired people who have been doing their best for a long time and are ready for something else. At least if we’re going to work hard, we’ll expected to be compensated fairly.
I hope it can be an honest space, free from toxic positivity where we can help each other transition into the next phase. I’m going to make the first post “Why are you trying to leave the nonprofit industry?” Feel free to join and respond in any way you’d like, start new posts, etc.
