I'm in England and hoping someone has an answer to this but I recently started a job and already noticed them taking the piss with shifts. Correct me if I'm wrong but in the UK you are legally required to have 11 hours between shifts for rest. My manager has put me on a late on Monday and an early on Tuesday giving me less than 11 hours between shifts. It's only 10 hours and 30 minutes but is it something I should bring up and if so , how?
