i’m the lead manager at my store (pizza chain) right under my GM that never shows up, and when we all found out none of us were getting a christmas bonus of any kind, my whole crew and I were obviously upset. So since we closed early for christmas eve tonight, i took it upon myself to work a 12 hour shift to make sure the store was cleaned before early close, and bought the whole staff beer and eggnog. we stayed on the clock and played beer pong in the store. none of us felt bad about it. i’m glad i could make them all happy for the holidays. fuck corporate
