So I clocked into my shitty ass job the other day an the manager come up to me like “I heard you’re thinking of leaving us to work for the shipyard” (shipyard starts people at like 20 an hour with full benefits an ur literally a government contractor an my current job only pays 18) an then he starts this whole spiel bout if I’m thinking of leaving then they shouldn’t take the time to train me etc etc. so I played it off like I’m not planning on leaving as soon as my clearance request comes back. But the other issue is I only told ONE person bout my plans in a causal conversation at the smoke pit, so clearly they snitched on me an I genuinely thought I could trust them kuz they literally led the conversation with how they had this big plan an wouldn’t be staying at this shit hole forever. Needless to say I’m pissed tf off frfr
