I started my job as an intern and have recently been promoted to a full-time position. I have a bi-yearly review coming up and my boss sent a meeting agenda in advance. It asked what position I would like to be in 3 years. I have no desire to climb the ladder, but I still want to get regular raises (to at least keep up with cost of living). Is that naive of me to expect raises without being promoted?
