I am leaving current job. Trying to get references and two of mine are mia now. One of them is an employer where I stayed on for 4 weeks after giving notice, giving them an extra 2 weeks. To help out with transition. Balls. They are not helping me out.
My mom is on me about giving notice at current job. Im like yeah sure… wont be giving notice. They wont give a good reference and made it clear they were icing me out. Wanting me to quit. So whateves. Left me scared i would be fired. And they have a worker who did my job for a yr before they hired me. So not leaving em in and bad position, unfortunately lol
