At work there’s around 14 on the group I work + 2 managers. During meetings, only the 2 managers always have the camera on. I’ve been reading and seeing how much the people that are “nice” and “seen” are actually promoted instead of those that are extremely hard working. It seems like it might not be different at my work. I’m noticing that the ppl that always get the extra work when offered “voluntarily” just received “kuddos” but no promotion.
Should I be the little ass kisser and turn my on and be nice/smile?
