You could literally have a bachelor’s degree, enough experience, some great references and even a good interview going on. Unfortunately, they decide to move forward to a different applicant.
The hiring market is also biased. All of this has gotten to a point where people have to end up seeking degrees of career fields that they are not interested in. People are literally trying to find jobs and it’s not that no one wants to fucking work. Corporations suck at hiring people and they lack trust in some candidates who believe won’t meet their expectations.
Fuck you Kim Kardashian who complains that no one wants to work. You literally got famous off getting your back blown. Did absolutely nothing to contribute to society.
