No raise in over 2 years in a job

Context: I’m a personal/executive assistant (F/37) with a fairly unique job working for a wealthy couple. Some days/weeks are very busy, while others are slow and I’m barely “working” but still on call to help with any task that’s needed. While my technical schedule is M-F / 9-5, the job requires flexibility as you could imagine. I’ve been working for them for over 2 years and haven’t received a raise (I get a holiday bonus, benefits & some other perks). I am feeling more and more slighted, seeing the nanny get a raise & then others who work for them in a casual capacity receive rather extravagant gifts. I’m worried that if I bring up receiving a raise that it won’t be received well. They are very kind/generous – but I have seen them terminate previous Nannies or cut hours & pay.
