I work at a smallish company, they have several locations but all locations are maybe 15-20 people. I started here last October part time, at $12/hr with no benefits except a 401k. I was recently talking to my coworkers and found out that there are no reviews done and no raises unless you get promoted. I was really surprised to find that out and now wanting to get a new job even more than I already did. The other coworkers have been here 10 months, 3 years, and 8 years. They said they did get a covid raise at that time but nothing else.
