Found out today that those who have been with this company exactly five years get £70 in vouchers for selected retailers. Its a new reward scheme they are bringing in, i guess to retain staff. I asked if it would be back dated for those who have been here longer. I.e me and a few colleagues (not many as high turn over) we have been here 6-8 years.
I was told no.
Thinking of going above my managers head to her manager and HR about how we dont feel appreciated. And to ask why. Why not back date for us lifers, as we call ourselves.
