No running water

I have a quick question about employee rights to running water in the United States and I figured this would be the place to ask. I teach at a public school and this morning a water main broke near our building. As of now there is no running water in the building and no ETA of when it will be restored. Toilets will not flush. However, our school is not canceled. All parents have been called and told to pick up their kids if possible; otherwise we, the staff, are required to stay the entire day, until 4PM and teach any students who are not picked up. The school has provided water bottles, but that's it. There are no toilets being provided so far. From what I can tell schools in the US are not required to follow OSHA. What can I do about this?
