So yesterday the town I work in shut off the water, it was scheduled for noon but got shut off at 8am. So I waited until my first break to go on my phone to see if it was legal to keep us at work without water to wash our hands or toilets. Turns out we need at least one working bathroom for the amount of employees we have so I went home but was told to submit a lost time report (I'm salaried) I'm just wondering if they still have to pay me or if they can do anything in reaction to me leaving.
