“Nobody wants to work anymore” is a failure of capitalism.

This is economics 101, supply goes down cost and demand go up. There is a literal labor shortage, areas of the country have historic low unemployment rates. If you want something that is scarce you have to pay more for it. It's not the younger generations fault that your shitty fast food and chain restaurants don't want to pay for something that's in demand.
