Just a short rant of an employer being a complete piece of shit.
I work at a dealership and have grown tired of the work I've been doing. I found a job at a Ford dealership that would be more suiting to my qualifications. Not to mention, it would have been a 3-minute commute.
I had an interview that I thought really well. They asked for 3 references. I got them as quickly as I could and sent them off. I will say with confidence that these were really good references.
This was last week. Last night I got message saying they were moving on without my consideration. This really pissed me off. The job posting had been listen for well over a month and claimed to be hiring urgently. They didn't even call my references. So, just like that, didn't get a second interview.
So very annoyed and frustrated for my time having been wasted and got my hopes up for nothing.
