I’ve applied for numerous jobs, for months. If I even get an interview, they’ll tell me “they’ll give me a call”and I never hear back. If I am told that I’ve got the job, I get ghosted and never receive any onboarding emails. How is this not the fault of employers? Enlighten me. I’m emotionally and physically drained for putting in so much effort at this point. I don’t know what else to do..
