I've been working here since I was 18, I'm 33 now. I barely make $5 grand a year. I do CEDA/LIHEAP applications. I am the supervisor in this department. They've changed how often I get paid in the past without any warning and when I took this to our board they avoided me for weeks and were pissed that I knew who they were and how to get ahold of them. Finally “some” of them met with me while I was super busy with clients at work. The idiot president, who does nothing to help our organization, none of them do, informed me that I am no longer to contact any members of the board and if I have a problem with the director, I need to talk to the director…yet they are over her…???
I've only recently received a raised after all these years because I kept bitching about it. So after 13 years, they gave me a raise. Is there something that I can do? Anything will be helpful!
