Normalize calling out bad businesspeople.

Pretty much just what the title states. Can't afford to pay your employees a living wage? You're bad at business. Panic when an employee quits w/out notice? You suck at managing. Running skeleton crews because staffing appropriately eliminates your margin? You deserve to go belly-up. Hit 'em up. Let 'em know. Next time you walk past one of those “No one wants to work anymore” signs, I encourage you to make contact with an owner/manager and grill them about how they do business. If they suck at it, tell them. Have an interview that's throwing up red flags? Don't keep it to yourself. Use your time productively and point those flags out explicitly!
