After my break today, I was told I cannot be using the office entrance, because it's disrespectful, and that only management and office staff can use that door. I disputed this, telling him I like to say hey to the receptionists, and that it's closer to the parking lot. He said it doesn't matter, and if he catches me using it again, I'll be written up.
