Some context, I work at a retail clothing store. I was just gone for 3 weeks on paid leave to bond with my baby girl before her first birthday. I get back today and right at the end of my shift I get told they are losing hours for employees at the store and they are cutting me. Well they also have a position open at the registers, I hate the public and they know that. It's either I take the offer or I quit so that way they don't have to pay unemployment. It's not the hours I want or they days I need for my 2nd job too. I'm just frustrated and needed to vent, put 3 years in there and got lots of praise from managers and the store manager does this shit to me and says she hopes they can keep me.
