I frequently job search, even if I don’t apply so I know what companies are paying. Saw the first post. Wants 10 years of experience and a bunch of other credentials for 10-hour shifts at $85k (which you know you won’t get). LOL, the “urgently hiring” got me too (you just know the previous person was probably burnt out). The next listing for an associate director pays more and requires less.
It’s not that we don’t want to work. I love what I do and the people I get to help, I just won’t be taken advantage of anymore.
