I work in a production warehouse. The only departments after 5 pm are shipping and production. Customer service, HR, marketing are all day/regular shifts. The shipping department has announced very recently they are offering a $1 shift differential for those that work nights and or weekends. The production department is not getting any. Our department just found this out today so we are going to say something tomorrow. Any tips? Shall I go to HR, kick the door in and demand my dollar?
