“Not every job should have a living wage” ….?

Should I do my Masters in HR thesis on everything that's wrong with this? https://preview.redd.it/qbbu37ki7rm91.jpg?width=596&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b9f74e05e5ecf1fcf554f5665c22f5ab6cfdfdc4 Do you think some jobs should pay below a living wage and if so, why? There's at least one rando human in the world that wants folks to be able to afford to live and if we aren't willing to commit to something like UBI yet folks on a lot of social media complain about all the “homeless camps”, I'm not sure what other option there is.. and for the folks pushing the “work hard and earn it” narrative, okay… but then if we truly value work, why are wages taxed in the ~25% bracket, but capital gains are only taxed in the ~15% bracket? Seems like our tax system rewards wealth, not work… and therefore does not align with actually valuing work.
