Hi friends, needing advice on what to do about not getting paid on payday. Today was scheduled payday and direct deposits were not made, notice went out that this payday would be paper checks due to payroll migrating. However, paychecks were never delivered by the owner, and won’t be delivered until Monday because “they won’t be around this weekend.”
I am so pissed off and shocked idek where to start. Bills on auto pay all declined, can’t get gas, can’t get groceries, can’t do jack shit until I have my paycheck.
Live in california, I have the wage claim form but only have a cell phone so I can’t print it and submit a claim about it. So frustrating.
any advice would be greatly appreciated.
