I work for a large mortgage company and I've been on medical leave since Jan 21 because I was literally about to have a mental breakdown because they were pushing me too much an making me work over 55 hrs a week on a $16.50 hr salary. I was getting paid $23 because I was doing great and performing well but I'm due to come back like tomorrow but I can't tomorrow because the doctor never sent the return to work form so I have to travel to get it an then I also have my son ARD meeting for his school also a interview. What would be consider “good cause” to leave my job and receive unemployment benefits?
