So I’ve been working in a local corner shop for about a year now and have finally had enough of the owner and management bullying me and decided to hand my notice in and leave. They’ve said it has to be two weeks notice but everywhere else has said it only had to be 1 week. What should I do? My new job want me me to start in a week. I have no contract at my current job so they won’t really be able to do much if I only give them 1 week would they? This is in the uk btw
