Not sure if this is the right subreddit to ask. Why is having a second job or side hustle etc are frown upon by your main job employers?

I have a main 9-6pm job and I am usually free on weekends. So, from Monday to Friday, after work and dinner, i would usually deliver food with my bicycle if i'm not tired. To add on, i only deliver food for half a day on Sunday to rest for the next day of work for the main company. I have never caused the company problem as i am always punctual for work, and able to meet datelines. So, can anyone educate me as to why is having a second job a problem for a company?
