Not sure where to start back up again.

I haven't had a job since the beginning of 2021. I needed a lot of time to work out some struggles with my health. Time flew by, now I am not sure what to do with my job history due to the gap year and lack of references. I get severe anxiety when applying for jobs. I'm not looking for anything full-time because my body can't take working a 40-hour workweek. Zero overnights since I did that for about 3 years and felt like I had no rest or social life. Past Job History – Walmart for almost a year – Papa John's for a couple of months – IHOP for almost 4 years, two different establishments, Corporate and then a Franchise – Quest Diagnostics for a year or so – LabCorp as a temp worker for two months I don't have any references.

Past Job History

– Walmart for almost a year

– Papa John's for a couple of months

– IHOP for almost 4 years, two different establishments, Corporate and then a Franchise

– Quest Diagnostics for a year or so

– LabCorp as a temp worker for two months

I don't have any references. Despite being warm and friendly at work, I tend to be a loner and don't keep in touch with anyone. I'm 100% sure all my past supervisors have moved on to new jobs and they were not the best people I would leave as a reference compared to the co-workers I had. Besides, all the places I worked had a high turnover rate. I feel sick at the thought of filling out the applications when it comes to work history and references. It's become a roadblock for me.

I DoorDashed for a bit, but it's not really viable for me and the car. And I'm not working as a waitress ever again. Tips and tipped wages are garbage in the long run even if the extra money saved me on good days. I don't mind customer service since I can deal with people well enough. Though call centers aren't appealing from what I hear. I liked working in the labs, but I can't stand working at night. I couldn't keep the temp work since my health got the better of me and got dropped. My strong suits are customer service and anything that requires computers since I'm always on one on the daily. Not really sure where to go with that though.

Any help or recommendations for this situation?
