Talking to a colleague in another state I find out he got a $9 raise out of the blue for industry standards and cost of living. They also do regular reviews and team meetings which I do not have. What upsets me the most is I am in the same region as them but we got nothing and the company knows us in Miami are under a lot more stress than most with the cost of living going up. I feel completely betrayed and worthless.
