I have noticed a few posts about employees getting a hard time when they hand in the notice. Some really pathetic shit from employers. I however have had quite good experience, obviously getting it's sad to see you go…why are you leaving?. Well obviously it's a better opportunity with more money. Sometimes being offered to match or better. But always have been told we love to have you back again. Is it an American thing to have hostility towards leaving or is it certain industry?
