Anyone else finding that a large amount of jobs on Indeed are requiring you take multiple tests/assessments just to apply to the job now?
I can understand the reasoning behind it, but it's almost always the jobs that also don't list any pay range. And these time estimates for the tests are like 20-30 minutes!? So they can't even tell me their budget for the job but expect me to take a damn test to even be considered? Give me a break.
Curious about others' opinions on these assessments. They remind me of those long ass tests they'd make you take to apply at a big box store for minimum wage (which they probably still do its just been a while for me).
