Odd conversation with a recruiter today

there's a job I'm interested in and I spoke to someone who recruits for the company. she was really deep diving in to my resume about– -internships from 2013 (“how did you get the internship? through school or on your own?”) -a retail job from while I was in college and a little after graduated in 2014 (“so you had this job it looks like while you were in school and then left it in January. did you leave on good terms?”) – how I got my first corporate job and my current job (whether I applied or they reached out to me) -my first corporate job where I switched to a different department after a year bc I wanted to try something new from 2015-2016 (“how did you switch depts? did they approach you to switch depts? did they formally interview you?”) is it me or are these questions…

there's a job I'm interested in and I spoke to someone who recruits for the company. she was really deep diving in to my resume about–

-internships from 2013 (“how did you get the internship? through school or on your own?”)

-a retail job from while I was in college and a little after graduated in 2014 (“so you had this job it looks like while you were in school and then left it in January. did you leave on good terms?”)

– how I got my first corporate job and my current job (whether I applied or they reached out to me)

-my first corporate job where I switched to a different department after a year bc I wanted to try something new from 2015-2016 (“how did you switch depts? did they approach you to switch depts? did they formally interview you?”)

is it me or are these questions really irrelevant? it felt weird to care so much about things from that long ago but maybe that's what recruiters do..?
