Trying to figure out how im going to word my email. I have an indeed profile to keep a pulse on how pay is trending for my profession. Today my HR department sent me an invitation to apply for the same job I have now, thing is the pay offered for new hires is a substantial amount higher than i currently work for. I don't think they realized it was me as i have a very generic name. Now i just need to figure out how to format my 'request' for that increase.
