My manager keeps chatting to me about how the office shouldn’t pay for instant coffee and the milk bill is too high. It is a big office. I currently look blankly at her while imagining myself roll my eyes. I did mention that usually big offices will try to hire and retain staff with good working environments but it fell on deff ears. How else can I handle this?
