Office job, but you have to record every second of your time.

I work for a consulting firm. Everyone has to account for every second of work on an Azure DevOps plugin called 7Pace. I get that the company wants to keep track of how their money is spent, but if you are working on 20+ projects with no help in sight, it's practically a full-time job to log all of your hours for every tiny thing you did throughout the week. The last job that kept track of all of my time was a call center. I would love to have a job where I can simply focus on the work and not have to spend extra time remembering the exact time I spent on each task. Does anyone else do this at their company?
