OK hear me out, I won’t do job interviews without some details first

Ok I know that sounds obvious but I get a few job recruiters a week asking to talk to me about job openings they have. After first contact my response usually has few questions, 1. Does the job require travel outside my home city, if so what percentage a month? 2. What is the pay range? 3. PTO/vacation time upon hiring and lastly I want to see the employers job posting description. This response either has the outcome of the recruiter never responding and I know who to avoid. Or we actually have a good talk and I give my feedback respectfully. After that the interview continues or we part ways and most the time I have recruiters reach back out to jobs that better align to what I am interested in. Never be afraid to be blunt, don't waste my time and I won't waste yours. No reason we…
