So I recently started a job at natural grocers as a department manager. It pays $21 an hour plus $1 an hour in store credit. Also get an employee discount. Do not have to work Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, or Memorial Day or Easter and you get 8 hours pay on those days. Also 8 hours of pay for your birthday. Also all benefits (medical, dental, vision and 401k.)
I also was sick one day shortly after starting and I asked if I could make my day shorter at all and I was told to go home because “you have to take care of yourself first and foremost.”
I just am in love with this company! Even basic associates get these nice bonuses.
