I am a little fuzzy on how on-call pay works. Work just changed our schedule so that we work 4 10-hr shifts a week, and we are on-call one of our three days off. If we did get called in, we'd.really just be staying to help unload a train and then leave. But this means I can't go very far from my job. Do they have to pay us on-call hours for those days?
