Basically I work Sunday-Wednesday. My coworker works Wednesday to Saturday. But he has Covid now and I probably have to work his shift. My other coworkers said I can just say “no” and he can't do anything about that. But I think it's hard. What my boss does is he asks me “what am I doing on my days off?”. Honestly, I catch up on sleep and rest on my days off which is important to me. But my boss would scoff at that and say I'm doing nothing and just come in. What do I do?
