Antiwork

One of the leaders at my job is a micromanager who is extremely abrasive, confrontational, and occasionally makes me do unreasonable tasks.

I work for Disney. He’s made me deliver several heavy amounts of cargo from one location to another. I even sustained a head injury as a result. Whenever I’m standing in the general area of a location that needs attention, he’ll have me do it. One time, the trash compactor was overfilled to the brim with trash, and by coincidence, I was standing near it doing my own stocker job. He never says thank you, he’ll confront me like I’m a robot, and gives me no recognition for my hard work. He never has anybody help me; so I have to go and find a work partner to tackle a task. The worst part, he orders me around when I’m in the middle of my assigned shift doing my assigned laborious duties. It’s as if I have to be two people at once. Granted, this doesn’t always happen, but when it does, it makes me feel like a robot. I can’t stand it. Any advice? Or is this normal manager/leader behavior?
