One thing I hate about being a lower level employee

Is how managers (and even some coworkers) will chastise you for making some small mistake, but when they make a mistake it’s as if nothing happened. Not to mention sometimes they’ll even blame YOU for their mistake. I swear some people are just waiting for the slightest opportunity to yell at and talk down to those below them while they themselves are even bigger fucks ups at their own job
